A New Release from Project B designs

Bianca of Project B Designs has come up with another great kit.  This is a departure from all the Christmas, Snow and New Years kits that are out, so it is a pleasant change and I had lots of fun scrapping these!!! This is Balloney and is a perfect kit for your party and celebration layouts.  Don't just think birthday on this one.  Think any celebration...graduation...etc.
