Sun and Earth Gift Pack Giveaway
A fellow blogger turned me on to a great giveaway on the net. Sun and Earth products is giving away a bag of cleaning goodies. Yea I know, your first thought is "why isn't it scrapbook stuff". Well sooner or later you have to dig your way out the paper pile and clean. These cleaning products are environmentally friendly because they can be refilled at Whole foods and other grocery stores. Here is the link.

The Everyday Scrapper Blog Hop!!
Welcome to your stop on theEveryday Scrapper National Scrapbook Day Blog Hop. Thanks for stopping by. You will want to stop by everyone's blog for gerat ideas!!
I am offering a RAK to a random winner. All you have to do is comment and join my blog and I will be sending out a goodie. You will need to check back, I will choose a winner by May 10!!!
At the Everyday Scrapper, we post ideas, layouts or sketches everyday-yea, real stuff you can do EVERYDAY at home. That's me. I try to make the most of my supplies, by using what I have and jazzing it up.
Today I am going to show you a layout using bottlecaps-yep I am going green!!!
Here is my layout
I started with bottle caps and I smush them between two boards- but the bottlecaps face up on a board, put another board on top and pound with a hammer. You may want your hubby to help!! Don't pound too hard, there is a learning curve here.

Some don't always look the best!! It takes some practice, but there are endless ways to decorate them!!

Then I decorated the top and covered the bottom with lace to make a flower

Here are my decorated bottlecaps. I decided to use them for the first letters of my title

Thanks for stopping by. I hope you like this idea. You will find much more inspiration at TES. We hope you join us! Keep on going, as many of our other bloggers are offering RAK's as well!

What a month!!
There is always something going on!!! My dad had surgery this month and thank goodness at 84 he is going well. I aggrivated my back and was down and out for a week, but that didn't keep me from being creative!! I am so happy to say that I am on the website team for The Everyday Scrapper. I have been a forum contributor for a while and now I am posting "Teaching Thursday". Here is what I have been up to (besides being in alot of back pain..LOL)
